Wonka Adopted 12/7/13

Adopted 12/7/13

Our adoption event today was a success!  Our little Wonka found his furr-ever home!  Yes, we would have loved to have had more go home, but if even one is loved and taken home, we know we have succeeded in saving that life.  So it was a wonderful day!  And we won’t stop until they all have found a family to love who will love them in return.  We will be back at Petco next Saturday and every Saturday thereafter as long as there are homeless animals looking for love.  We also will be at Petland on College Pkwy. and US41 on Sunday.  There are some beautiful sweet kitties there.  If you are closer to Cape Coral, check out our wonderful babies at Petsmart on Pine Island Rd.  So stop by and visit us and the kitties.

Until then, visit our blog to check out our Silent Auction, which will run until December 14th.  Or maybe fill out a volunteer or foster form, as we always are looking for people dedicated to helping the animals.    We also have a wish list if you would like to help out in that way.  If you just like looking at the babies, then ENJOY.

Now’s the purr-fect time to add a new kitty to your family!

See you there!

Princess Chihuahua has been incarcerated and needs your help immediately!  She’s only 4 years old and such a sweet little girl.  But she was locked up anyway for having no home or family.  Her sentence is indefinite, as she has to provide proof that she has someone who loves her and wants her to go home with them.  Please help us spring Princess from her incarceration.  This wonderful girl does not deserve this punishment! You can get her released by a simple act of adoption.

Hang on Princess!  We won’t stop until we get you out of there!

(Note: No animals were harmed in the making of this post!  This post is in fun, as Princess is one our lovely animals up for adoption.  She actually is being fostered and waiting for a new family to fall in love with her.)

Dear Santa Paws,

My name is Dodger, which is kind of silly as I am a girl.  But at least I now have a name.  My brother and I decided to write you because we are growing more every day and this place where we are is getting smaller every day.  We like to chase each other and play wrestle, but there isn’t much room in here to do that.  I do have toys but I can’t swat them and then chase them.  It just isn’t much fun.  How soon can we get a family to play with?  We would be so happy to see them walk through the door!  Please do whatever you can.

Thank you, and we hope you have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Dear Santa Paws,

My sister, Dodger, and I are homeless.  We are lucky because we aren’t out in that scary place they call outside, but we are in cages which is not a whole lot of fun.  We really would love to have room to run and play like other kitties do.   If we promise to be really good, could you find a nice family who would love to have one or both of us as part of their family?  We know you will do the best you can, and we will be as patient as we can, but please don’t make it be for too long, okay?

Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Christmas animals

Have you ever seen an adorable animal that you wish you could have helped or adopted but were unable to do so?  Well, you can still do something to help animals this Christmas.  You could sponsor a homeless kitty or dog for Christmas.  There are so many of them that won’t be in a home decorated for the holidays, or involved in a family celebration.  They will spend Christmas in a cage, many in a closed shelter.  A nice new chew toy, or a great catnip mouse would sure help make their Christmas better.  It doesn’t have to cost much to bring a purr or a wag of the tail to these awesome animals this Christmas.

We have several animals that would appreciate such a gesture, but even if the animal isn’t one of ours, it would still be a wonderful act of kindness and a perfect way to add some joy to this holiday season.  So next time you are walking down the pet aisle at your local store, consider stopping and picking up a new toy or treat for a homeless animal.  It will make their day!

What a great way to spend Christmas!

They say it is better to give than to receive.  But what if you could do both this Christmas?  By donating to Haven on Earth Animal League, you are giving homeless animals a chance for a new and better life.  But you also receive the great feeling of knowing that you helped save a little life.  What could be better than that??  Give yourself a great gift this year, save a life and know that YOU made a difference!  Go to our blog at and click on the Donation tab.  We thank you but more importantly the animals THANK YOU!
